SumoMaya offers Mexican and Asian dishes, as well as fusion cuisine. This includes tacos, ceviches, noodles, wok and wood-burning grill dishes and a full sushi bar. With beverage guru Bill DeGroot at the helm, SumoMaya’s freestanding bar boasts innovative cocktails, a robust wine list, over 80 varieties of tequila, and an extensive sake selection, as well as beer and other liquor on tap. The vibrant décor features a tree in the center of the restaurant, high ceilings, an open kitchen with rail seating, and 140-inch projection screens. An outdoor “living wall,” floor to ceiling windows and partially enclosed patio allow guests to enjoy the outdoors year-round. SumoMaya’s high-energy environment is complemented by a DJ who spins on weekend nights.
